Panel settings

DESCRIPTION
I've got a panel at the bottom of the screen with visibility set to auto-hide.
I have no external monitors attached. As soon as I start Firefox, the panel is
shown and it stops hiding automatically. Closing Firefox make auto-hide work
again.

See attached screenshot with the configuration of the panel.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a new panel at the bottom of the screen.
2. Configure it to auto-hide.
3. Start Firefox.

OBSERVED RESULT
The panel shows and it stops auto-hiding.

EXPECTED RESULT
Auto-hide should work as when Firefox is not running.
