DESCRIPTION
The KDE Connect is always showing English UI even though the Ukrainian
localization is complete and there are "uk" ".mo" files in "locale" directory.
I suppose KDE Connect should detect OS language at startup and show the
corresponding translation, because there is no language switch option.
Tested on Windows 10 22H2 and Windows 11 25H2. Both OS were installed from
official Microsoft Ukrainian ISO.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have an OS with Ukrainian main language.
2. Install KDE Connect from the offline installer and start it.
OBSERVED RESULT
KDE Connect displays in English.
EXPECTED RESULT
KDE Connect displays in Ukrainian.
