An approximate suggestion of how the new OSD would look.
I would like an option in the display configuration OSD to extend the displays
according to the preexisting configuration in the display settings, rather than
just extending to the left or right. If I use the OSD to switch off the
external monitor, I can't use the OSD to switch the monitor back on without
losing the positions of the displays relative to each other that I previously
configured in the display settings. If I choose mirror, extend to left, or
extend to right, this will overwrite the manual positioning I configured
earlier.
