DESCRIPTION

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open dolphin
2. Navigate to folder and select
3. Right click and choose "Create New Link to File or Directory"
4. Fill out dialog

OBSERVED RESULT
Dialogue is blank. Context from selected folder is discarded. When created,
link is placed *inside* of selected folder instead of pointing *to* it by
default. Meaning there is no visual feedback anything has happened

EXPECTED RESULT
Link should point at selected folder, and be placed either in current directory
or on the desktop by default (Ideally with a choice in the dialog)

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):CachyOS Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.26.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
it is especially confusing to novice users like my wife. I am *mildly* annoyed
that creating a shortcut on the desktop to something is a multi-step process
when other OS's have simple solutions. I love the desktop, I may be old school
but desktop icons are precious and part of my main workflow and if KDE is going
to have a desktop I think they should be first class features. Keep up the good
work :) I love Doplhin and KDE overall. "Create new link to file" should also
be contextually available for files IMO, it's confusing that the new link to
file option only appears on things that are explicitly *not* files
