DESCRIPTION
On longer documents that require vertical scrolling, the toolbar touches the
bottom of the content which looks terrible. Thankfully it does not cover the
content but the inner document padding needs to be increased so that there is
at least 1 line-height of space between the last line and the toolbar.
Preferably don't use a floating toolbar at all and give the option to configure
the location (or hide it).
