I made a recording of the screen via Meta+R, and made attempt to finish it via
the Spectacle icon in Panel. At the record save time, visually the interface of
the Spectacle turned into the "choose an area to record" and was present as the
overlay without any way of interaction, and the Panel hanged, so I was unable
to do anything with Panel except Alt+Tab'ing or whatever.
After some time the Spectacle eventually crashed, I was made an attempt to
provide the proper crash log... crash report... whatever, I don't have any
clues why Spectacle crashed, but the problem with Panel and it's hangs are also
present with the KDE Connect (in some places), "a lot of the messages inside
the messages tab" (most of them are from my phone via KDE Connect, but seems
like the problem is caused by amount of messages), and some other things, where
the Panel should be responsive but it isn't
The reporter is unsure if this crash is reproducible.
