Fix queue manager constantly resorting when auto-resort for inactive torrents is enabled Use the new torrent stats properties that have been added to libktorrent which keep track of the activity time which is reset to 0 when a torrent is stopped/restarted. The old properties were changed recently to be stored on disk to keep track of total inactivity time.
