--- Comment #2 from TraceyC <[email protected]> ---
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.27.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1
Wayland
Dual GPU: Intel / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070Ti laptop

The video shows that the System Settings window starts off translucent
Leaving the mouse cursor over the left menu pane, they scrolled up and down
with the touchpad
The window turned opaque while scrolling down again. It goes too fast to see
which category triggered this, it's somewhere after Networks

Then, as the mouse cursor is moved over different categories, the background
again flickers between opaque and translucent
One of the categories that causes the window to be opaque is Day-night cycle
(not clicking it, just mousing over it)

I'm not able to reproduce this on Plasma built from git-master using the Breeze
global theme.

We need to know three things to investigate:
1. What themes are you using for Global and Plasma Style?
2. What do you have enabled under System Settings -> Desktop Effects?
3. Can you reproduce this with the Breeze global theme?

Thanks.
