DESCRIPTION
After update to Plasma 6.7, when app's window is maximized, the main toolbar
and window title are smeared over whole window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open new window with remembered maximized state or maximize a new window.
OBSERVED RESULT
App in unusable due to covered content
