DESCRIPTION
when you add blur in the title , the render in the monitor clip carry some
artifact
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. cree title
2. add shadow
3. in the shadow panel add blur effect and select a color
4. check the render in the clip monitor
OBSERVED RESULT
the title create, when view in the clip monitor it carry some artifact, it
weird
EXPECTED RESULT
the title must be clean, without some artifact
