You're searching for "Culiacan", not "Culiacán". If I search for "Culiacan", I find the broken NOAA entry. I think this is a problem on NOAA's side. Not sure what we can do about this. It's challenging because right now if a NOAA entry is found, it will suppress all the other entries because NOAA is considered a higher-quality provider. Which is usually is… but here it clearly isn't! But how do we detect that ahead of time? We can't, not without making a bunch of extra network requests to validate entries in the hist view before you select them. People would probably complain about that.
