DESCRIPTION
After a recent KDE/Plasma update on Fedora 44, a connected Logitech G29 racing
wheel automatically started controlling the mouse cursor (wheel = left/right,
clutch pedal = up/down) without any user configuration.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect a Logitech G29
2. Moved the wheel or pressed pedals
3. Mouse cursor moves
OBSERVED RESULT
Joystick should not control the mouse unless the user explicitly enables it.
EXPECTED RESULT
WHeel should not move my cursos unless i specificly say it to do so
