DESCRIPTION
Currently when you have the floating panel, the indicator for minimized or
unfocused windows is barely noticeable if not noticeable at all
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have a floating panel

OBSERVED RESULT
the minimized indicator and the unfocused indicator are so small that it's
basically impossible to see them
EXPECTED RESULT
the minimized indicator and the unfocused indicator should be bigger and
visible
