DESCRIPTION
When opening a new application window the close button is not visible in the
titlebar until the window is either resized or shaded.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an application (eg konsole)
2. After observing window close button is missing shade or resize the window to
make it appear.
OBSERVED RESULT
The window close button is missing unless the window is shaded or resized.
EXPECTED RESULT
All four buttons should be present.
