          Platform: Debian stable
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED

          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION
Meta+V (Klipper clipboard history) can switch focus to a window on another
monitor when "Separate screen focus" is enabled.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use multi-monitor layout.
2. Move the cursor near the bottom edge of the upper monitor.
3. Press Meta+v.
4. Clipboard popup appears on the lower monitor and focus switches to a window
there.
5. Disable "Separate screen focus" and the issue disappears.

OBSERVED RESULT
Focus switches to monitor/window where clipboard popup appears while cursor is
still in original location.

EXPECTED RESULT
- Opening clipboard history should not change the focused window or active
screen.
- The clipboard popup should appear on the monitor associated with the current
focus/context and should not trigger a focus change.

Reproducible only when "Separate screen focus" is enabled:
System Settings -> Window Management -> Window Behaviour -> Multiscreen
Behaviour -> Separate screen focus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
After selecting a password from the clipboard, I pasted it into a group chat
and now have to buy cake for the whole team! I did this twice before I realised
it was a bug/feature.
