Screenshot of the problem. The invisible bar has about the size of the red
rectangle and blocks the mouse.
DESCRIPTION
At the top of the screen, there is like an invisible bar of 20-30 pixel height,
total screen width, that blocks the mouse from accessing everything that's
there.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade Fedora 43 KDE -> 44 KDE?
OBSERVED RESULT
See attached screenshot/sketch. Browser tabs are hardly accessible, general
window buttons not at all.
