Video recording of observed result.
DESCRIPTION
Foot terminal unmaps each subsurface by attaching an empty buffer before
destroying them.
There's no fade out animation for foot. Server side decorations are faded out.
The issue 478297 has been pointed out to me, this might be a regression.
The piece of foot code that I believe is relevant:
https://codeberg.org/dnkl/foot/src/branch/master/wayland.c#L2189
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Install foot;
- Open foot;
- Close foot.
OBSERVED RESULT
Upon closing the window content disappears immediately. Server side decorations
gracefully fade out.
EXPECTED RESULT
Both window content and decorations fade out gracefully.
