Rainbow CSV crashes with this simple query:
select "Customer Id" where Index=18
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download customers-10000.csv from
https://github.com/datablist/sample-csv-files
2. open it in kate, open the "rqbl" dock
3. write the query `select "Customer Id" where Index=18`
4. kate crashes
