DESCRIPTION
Missing color in not clickable Plasma bars like volume hud or remaining battery
widget.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Not sure, It was okey when I first installed the theme from Fedora 44 RPM but
after swapping between other themes and going back to Oxygen it got stuck
without color.
OBSERVED RESULT
Bars are grey
EXPECTED RESULT
Bars should be light blue and/or follow accent color.
