  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION
Currently, the Push to talk(PTT) shortcut will unconditionally mute all unmuted
input device and unmute those devices when the assigned PTT key is pressed.
This becomes a problem when you're trying to listen to input devices other than
the microphone(s) you want to have PTT apply to. There should be a way to
choose which input devices are going to be effected by holding down the PTT
key.
