A screenshot showing the config, the blur option, and that it doesnt work

DESCRIPTION
Pretty simple, after the 6.7 update the Blur effect doesnt work for me anymore
on both Ghostty and Alacritty.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a Terminal Config and add the Blur effect (for me Ghostty and
Alactritty)
2. Enable Blur in KWin
3. Watch it not have the Blur effect

OBSERVED RESULT
No Blur effect, i quite dont know how to say this in 20 different ways.

It worked for me in 6.6.91.

Doesnt work on both Alacritty and Ghostty, thats what i tested it out on as of
now.

I Also rebooted 3 times after downloading the update, so this cannot be a stale
session config going wrong.

I also played around with the sliders trying to get some kind of Blur effect,
no differences whatsoever.

EXPECTED RESULT
A functioning Blur effect

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: CachyOS Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.27.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1
Kernel Version: 7.0.12-1-cachyos (64-bit)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
just a screenshot showing that the blur effect doesnt work, the screenshot
itself should do most of the parts on showing that it doesnt work for me,
also.. im on a very fresh install with almost no configs touched, especially
not something Plasma or KWin related, im using the GUI for that as intended.
