STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Notice that the Panel's transparency is low.
2. Try to increase it in Edit Mode.
OBSERVED RESULT
It's not possible.
EXPECTED RESULT
Being able to edit how much transparency the Panel has, maybe with a hard limit
at 80% transparency.
