DESCRIPTION
The setting Mouse & Touchpad > Touchpad > General > Enable Device becomes
disabled when closing laptop lid. The setting is then not reenabled after
opening the lib.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be logged into a Plasma session on a laptop
2. Close the lid
3. Open the lid
4. Try using the touchpad at the login screen or after being logged in.
OBSERVED RESULT
The touchpad cursor does nothing
EXPECTED RESULT
Maybe don't change mouse/touchpad settings when laptop lid is closed, similar
to how a normal suspend works.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
To reenable touchpad:
1) Login to a Plasma session
2) Open settings (using application menu, krunner, keyboard shortcuts, etc. and
keyboard navigation)
3) Search for "touchpad".
4) Press the arrow down key twice (this changes focus to the relevant result)
5) Press enter
6) Press tab (this changes focus to the General: Enable device)
7) Press space (this toggles the checkbox)
8) Press alt+a (this changes focus to Apply)
9) Press enter (this applies the setting)
