action selection dropdown

DESCRIPTION
In the Screen Edges configuration module (System Settings > Display & Monitor >
Screen Edges), a visual indicator (grayed-out square) already exists to show
which edges/corners have an action assigned.

However, when the user clicks on an unassigned edge/corner and the action
selection dropdown appears, all available actions are displayed identically.
Actions that are already assigned to another edge or corner are not highlighted
or marked in any way. This makes it difficult to know at a glance which actions
are still available and which are already in use, especially when managing
multiple edges/corners.

A screen recording demonstrating this behavior is attached.
This would allow users to quickly see which actions are already in use and
avoid unintentionally duplicating assignments or overlooking available options.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. see the screen record
