DESCRIPTION
After locking, turning off and then turning on the screen results in kded
sending notifications about the screen getting disconnected and subsequently
reconnected, without touching the HDMI cable.
This only happens on the lock screen, the desktop is fine. Also waiting for the
screen to turn off automatically and waking it up doesnt trigger the
notifications.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock the session
2. Turn off the screen
3. Turn it on
OBSERVED RESULT
kded says a monitor has been disconnected/connected
EXPECTED RESULT
no notifications should be sent
