DESCRIPTION
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Play video with MPV player without any other window is opened.
2. Maximize and unmaximize MPV repeatedly.
OBSERVED RESULT
The resizing animation becomes super slow even stuck.
EXPECTED RESULT
Maximize the window without problem.

Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):
