Reproduction: Running `LC_ALL=en_SE.UTF-8 LC_TIME=en_US.UTF-8 dolphin` shows dates in standard format. Running `LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8 LC_TIME=en_SE.UTF-8 dolphin` shows dates in bogus format (like 04/05/2025).
