            Bug ID: 521797
Summary: Bookmarks are always opened in the current tab
    Classification: Applications
           Product: dolphin
      Version First 26.04.2
       Reported In:
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION
Dolphin bookmarks are opened in the current tab even when middle-clicking or
ctrl+clicking. I believe this is a bug because ctrl+click/middle-click behavior
is otherwise consistent across all panels and even the location bar, the
bookmarks dropdown is the sole exception.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Bookmark a folder using alt+b
2. Click "Go" on the toolbar and hover over "Bookmarks" to open the dropdown
3. Ctrl+click or middle-click the boomark

OBSERVED RESULT
The bookmarked folder is opened in the current tab, as if it had been
left-clicked.

EXPECTED RESULT
The folder should open in a new tab, as would happen when clicking a section of
the path on the location bar or a folder's icon/button on either the main or
side panels.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Fedora Linux 44
