            Bug ID: 521805
Summary: Dolphin disconnects and reconnects the network
    Classification: Applications
           Product: dolphin
      Version First 26.04.0
       Reported In:
          Platform: Kubuntu
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]

  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION
When you have an NFS share mounted (i.e. you're the NFS client) or you are
exporting the NFS share (i.e. you are the NFS server) and you start Dolphin it
causes the Network Manager to disconnect and reconnect to the network. This
wouldn't be a problem except that it causes NordVPN to lose it's mind and I
have to resucure the connection. I suspect that Dolphin is using this as a
brute force method to make sure that all NFS shares are mounted and/or
exported. BTW, Thunar doesn't have this problem and it handles NFS just fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Mount and NFS share
2. Start Dolphin
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
Network Manager displays a message that it has disconnected from the network
and then it displays a second message stating that it had connected to the
network.

EXPECTED RESULT
Doesn't disconnect/reconnect from/to the network.
