popup is showed when toplevel is minimized.
DESCRIPTION
Once the (fake) session restore is complete, the Firefox "translations" popup
window is displayed when the Firefox window itself is minimized.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure session to restore all applications that were open "on last
logout".
2. Make sure that Firefox restores tabs between launches and prepare active tab
with text not in the system locale.
3. Logout from Plasma.
4. Login to Plasma.
OBSERVED RESULT
"Translations" popup is showed over other windows/desktop when Firefox toplevel
window is minimized.
EXPECTED RESULT
"Translations" popup is not showed.
