Title: Plasma Login Manager cursor remains visible after logging into Hyprland

Summary:
When logging into a Hyprland Wayland session from Plasma Login Manager, the
cursor from the login screen remains visible after the session starts.

Environment:

* Distribution: CachyOS
* Session: Hyprland (Wayland)
* GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU
* NVIDIA Driver: 610.43.02
* Login Manager: Plasma Login Manager (plasmalogin)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Boot the system.
2. Log in through Plasma Login Manager.
3. Start a Hyprland session.

Expected result:
The login manager cursor should disappear when control is handed over to the
user session.

Actual result:
The cursor from Plasma Login Manager remains visible on screen after login. It
no longer moves and behaves like a frozen image. Hyprland creates its own
functional cursor, resulting in two visible cursors.

Additional observations:

* Switching to another TTY and then back removes the frozen cursor.
* Setting WLR_NO_HARDWARE_CURSORS=1 does not resolve the issue.
* Replacing Plasma Login Manager with SDDM completely eliminates the problem.
* The issue appears to be related to Plasma Login Manager not properly
releasing or cleaning up its cursor surface when starting the Hyprland session.

Reproducibility:
100% reproducible on my system.
