Video of me comparing "Short date" vs "Custom date"

When I select the "Short date" option in the Digital clock widget settings, it
displays the month as expected, but, as soon as i try to use my custom format
(dd.mm.yyyy.) it displays the completely wrong month. Every time i switch it
back to "Short date" and then back to "Custom date", it has about a 50% chance
of making the month counter go up (eg. "Custom date" bugs out and says it's the
43rd month, i switch it to "Short date", then back to "Custom date" and then
"Custom date" says it's the 44. month and so on and so on).
