DESCRIPTION
Discover does not populate the Updates list, instead, the message "Fetching
updates..." persists but no list of updates appears even after waiting 15
minutes or longer. Manually clicking the "Refresh" button does show the
repositories being refreshed, but no updates are listed, only the "Fetching
updates..." message appears.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover app
2. Navigate to Updates
OBSERVED RESULT
As stated in Description.
EXPECTED RESULT
A list of updates ought to become visible.
