DESCRIPTION
When enabling Plasma Keyboard in Settings>Keyboard>Virtual Keyboard>Plasma
Keyboard>Selecting "With touch, tablet, and mouse. It works fine fine, until I
turn it off via Input widget. The setting will then change from "touch, tablet,
and mouse too either Never, or with touch and tablet.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open settings
2. Go to keyboard
3. Go to virtual Keyboard
4. Select Plasma keyboard and change it to touch, tablet, and mouse
5. close settings and disable it via the input method widget
6. Re-enable it and that's it. It will change from Touch, tablet, and mouse to
the other 2 options.

OBSERVED RESULT
Changes options with no interaction

EXPECTED RESULT
Stay the same.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.27.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This was not an issue prior to 6.7.0 and I have a video explaining the issue
