DESCRIPTION

In order to use my Steam Controller 2 without Steam, I rely on a software
called Scwrapper, which translates Steam input over to Xinput.

However, unlike InputPlumber, Bigscreen does indentify Scwrapper as a program
making use of the controller. This breaks Automatic Input Suppression, as
there's always something using the controller, so it never turns on or off on
it's own and requires the user to toggle it themself.

It would be great to have the option to whitelist certain programs/executables,
so they don't break AIS.
