DESCRIPTION
Upon restarting the machine, plasma presents the disks and devices panel at
launch.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Reboot system
OBSERVED RESULT
Greeted with the desktop and an open panel for disks and devices.
EXPECTED RESULT
Greeted with a clean desktop

Operating System: Fedora Linux 44
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Started happening after the KDE 6.7 update, there are no mounted disks
prompting it to open, it is just a blank panel.
