bugged behivor in oxygen
DESCRIPTION
for the oxygen theme, when system language is set to an RtL language the
context menu generated by plasma
fails to place the text in the right-side area. leading to overlap with the
shortcut text
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set system language to an RtL language (hebrew or arabic. tested both but
seen the best with hebrew)
2. right click on desktop to bring up the context menu
OBSERVED RESULT
the action name text is on the left instead of the right, overlapping with the
shortcut text
EXPECTED RESULT
the action name text is on the right (check breeze for working exemples)
