DESCRIPTION
On Android phone B. the Island notification for the sound or video popup
doesn't go away when listening on device A
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Listen a voice / video message, the message ends on the phone A
2. Other phone B will pop-up a notification island for the message
3. Once the messages ends the persistent notification doesn't go away can't
clear that notification from the other phone, the only solution is to kill
telegram from the device listening the message.
OBSERVED RESULT
The notification should stays here impossible to remove on phone B.
EXPECTED RESULT
The notification should clear or a way to clear the notification on phone B.
