I have a dual 4K monitor setup with identical sizes and exact same scaling.
Since the last update on CachyOS, my second monitor has become unusable when
set to '90 degrees Counterclockwise.'
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Options -- Display & Monitor
3. Select Orientation "90 degrees Counterclockwise"
OBSERVED RESULT
Glitchy desktop with windows sometimes only half drawn and popups and non
responsive windows.
EXPECTED RESULT
Normal behaving desktop Environment.

terminal window):
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.27.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tried to capture the issue via spectacle video recording on the Desktop. But
it is smooth in the video and working as expected.
Interestingly, all other orientation options work without any issues.
