            Bug ID: 521958
Summary: Slideshow video playback should respond to standard
media Rewind/Fast Forward and Play/Pause keys
    Classification: Applications
           Product: digikam
      Version First 9.2.0
       Reported In:
          Platform: Arch Linux
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Plugin-Generic-SlideShow
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION
Slideshow video playback should respond to standard media Rewind/Fast Forward
and Play/Pause keys

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an album with videos and press F9 to launch the slideshow
2. Video starts playing
3. Press the keyboard fast-forward/rewind buttons, play/pause

OBSERVED RESULT
The video does not respond. It only responds to Ctrl+Left/Ctrl+Right and
Spacebar, which are custom digikam keyboard shortcuts.

EXPECTED RESULT
When a video is playing inside slideshow mode, digiKam should respond to
standard HID Consumer Control media keys:

  - Rewind / Fast Forward, e.g. QMK KC_MRWD / KC_MFFD, as aliases for the
existing video
  seek backward/forward actions.
  - Play/Pause, e.g. QMK KC_MPLY, as an alias for the existing Spacebar
pause/resume
  action.
  - Optionally Previous/Next Track, e.g. QMK KC_MPRV / KC_MNXT, if digiKam
wants to map
  those to previous/next slideshow item.

Please keep Ctrl+Left / Ctrl+Right and Spacebar working for compatibility.
