DESCRIPTION
It happened that the Plasma not started under 6.17.0-35 and instead i have seen
a no GUI login prompt.
Trying commands to start plasma failed:

"Application plasmashell could not be found using service org.kde.plasmashell
and path /MainApplication." plasmashell: no process found

I have then tried to boot under older kernel 6.17.0-29-generic and Plasma
started.

If you have idea on commands to try, let me know. I will try to reboot under
that newer kernel and execute it, but it cost me around 30 minutes of
(down)time this reboot, so please make sure it is all commands that may solve
the issue or gather enough data to debug this. Also I already have dmesg and
