DESCRIPTION
When connecting an external screen with a different resolution or scaling some
apps appear with wrong dimensions.
In the attached screenshot Konsole appears "maximized" in the upper left
region.
The laptop has a 1920x1200 screen with 1.25 scaling and the external is a
3840x2560 with a factor of 2.00 scaling.
When un-maximizing or re-maximzing the window behaves normally again.
With a different laptop but again Fedora 44 with 6.7.0 I experienced the bottom
panel top appearing at 2/3 height at the bottom after connecting it to a FullHD
TV.
In all cases the internal screen was deactivated upon plugging the HDMI cable.
