DESCRIPTION
Applications do not remember their position on Wayland. Tested with dolphin,
konsole and firefox. Adding a special application setting to remember the
position fixes it, but it does not persist across logout and restart. On X11
you don't have to configure anything for it to work across logout and restart.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open application
2. Move window to the right
3. Close application
4. Open application
OBSERVED RESULT
Application opens centered.
EXPECTED RESULT
Application opens at position of closing.
