DESCRIPTION
the application icons shrinks too much to the point where it become almost
impossible to select them when the taskbar is full (for example with panels).
(In thus case, I just wanted to test the desktop's limits, but it is always
good to fix this king of bug even if in practice, it almost never happens )
my suggestion is to add a slider if the taskbar is full

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. fill the taskbar to the maximum
2. have some application oppened
3. it occur

OBSERVED RESULT
the applicatiosn icons are too small to use

EXPECTED RESULT
I suggest to add a slider to the taskbar in extreme cases
