DESCRIPTION
Sound sliders are too easy to trigger with the mouse wheel while scrolling the
sound settings page.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have more audio devices than will fit vertically on settings page
2. Go to KDE audio settings
3. Try to scroll panel to find the device you want
