Albert sorry for the late reply, I simply never got the notification...

No, they actually are giving public range IPs, in a range they own. Eduroam has
no control over this, it's the network configuration of FORTH (Foundation for
Reseach and Technology - Hellas). I get the same problem at the University of
Crete. The thing is however, I believe we aren't the only ones who do that.

Can you please explain why imposing such a unavoidable restriction is needed?
At least have the option for people to override it...
