DESCRIPTION
After update to KDE 6.7.1 plasma login manager screen is cropped on 2 display
setup. Login was possible and reseting to the default worked once, but the
second display orientation was wrong. Applied the KDE settings and the login
screen get corrupted again.
I had reset to default , and manually move the kde display screen setup
manually. I noticed after the reset, the .config is file and not a directory.
This could be the bug.
I removed .config as a file and mkdir .config as a dir, copied the KDE display
settings and everything was fine. *default settings + KDE display settings".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to KDE 6.7.1
2. reboot
