DESCRIPTION
When switching between 2 global themes, in my case neither make use of the
breeze icons, kde platform flatpaks switch to breeze icons.
the only way to make them use the correct custom icon theme is to manually
reapply the theme in the settings and restart the flatpak app again.
non-flatpaks use the correct icon theme.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch to a global theme that does not use breeze icons
2. Restart flatpak app
OBSERVED RESULT
Flatpak app now uses the breeze icons.
EXPECTED RESULT
Flatpak app should use the selected icon theme.
