DESCRIPTION
When opening the open/save dialog from any app, the size of the preview panel
increases.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a KDE or Qt-based app that can read and/or write files (in my case, it
was KWrite).
2. Press the shortcut for Open File (by default, Ctrl+O) or go to File -> Open
in the menu bar.
3. If you don't see an empty panel on the right side of the dialog, click
Settings, and check Show Preview Panel.
4. Drag the separator all the way to the right to reduce it to its minimum
size.
5. Close the dialog and reopen it.
OBSERVED RESULT
The panel doubles in size each time you open the dialog.
EXPECTED RESULT
The size of the preview panel should stay at its minimum size.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm not sure if this was caused by either the Plasma 6.7 upgrade or the
Frameworks 6.27 upgrade, since I updated both them at the same time.
