            Bug ID: 522090
Summary: KDebugSettings ranks above System Settings when
                    "settings" is searched when installed
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasmashell
      Version First 6.7.0

  Target Milestone: 1.0

DESCRIPTION
When the KDebugSettings application is installed, searching for "settings"
pulls it up as the first result, above "System Settings".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE and the KDebugSettings component. (This was installed by default
for me.)
2. Search for "settings" in the main search.

OBSERVED RESULT
KDebugSettings is the first result.

EXPECTED RESULT
KDebugSettings probably should _not_ be the first result, as it's very rarely
needed by the user, and "settings" is a very common search. I do not know what
the best way to fix this would be. I suspect since KDebugSettings has
"settings" in both the name and the description, as opposed to System Settings
only having "settings" in the name, it is prioritized...

There are various resolutions to this issue. 1) change nothing. 2) tweak the
search algorithm to boost System Settings higher. 3) separate out either System
Settings or KDebugSettings as important/unimportant applications. Et cetera...
I am quite interested in what others think, here.
